L.A. safety Taylor Rapp set out to make one of the biggest nights of his life that much more meaningful

Rapp got down on one knee and pulled out a ring to ask longtime girlfriend Dani Johnson to marry him.

Rapp's teammates reveled in the moment, cheering loudly as Johnson said, "Yes."

The pair have been dating since at least 2014

Rapp played football at the University of Washington from 2016 to 2018

He played football at Sehome High School in Bellingham, Washington, where Johnson was a volleyball standout.
